Fees

ARBITRATOR/MEDIATOR FEES:

• Fees are $200 per hour, one half of which is paid by each party, ($100 per hour). In addition, any work required prior to a Mediation or Arbitration are billed in 15 minutes increments.

COSTS:

The following costs are not charged to the parties:

• Copying
• Telephone Calls
• Administrative Arrangements

REFUNDS:

Mediation or Arbitration fees that may be paid to the Arbitrator prior to an Arbitration date are non-refundable if the parties cancel or continue the Mediation or Arbitration within 10 days of the scheduled Mediation or Arbitration date.  Mediations or Arbitrations which are cancelled more than 10 days from the scheduled date will result in a refund less any time spent by the Mediator preparing for the Mediation, which will be detailed to both parties upon request.
